Online Coaching for Young Adults

These online sessions give you space to actually work out what's going on — why you react the way you do, why certain things feel heavier than they should, and why you might feel stuck even when nothing looks "that bad" on paper.

Using Creative, Somatic and Trauma Informed approaches; alongside Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS); sessions help you understand the patterns that have been running in the background and start to shift them.

This isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you feel more like yourself..
