I am based in London, but deliver 1:1 coaching online using Google Meet to overcome geographical limits. For workshops, I am able to provide both face to face and online delivery; depending on the needs of your organisation.

Even though, these services are aimed at young adults (18-30), I can also work with adults over that age bracket. However, Teen coaching is only for 11-18 year olds.

Although I am qualified to work with children as young as 5; I specialise in adolescence and young adulthood due to my extensive experience with this age group. For those searching for coaching for children under the age of 11, I can recommend some excellent child coaches.

Teen Coaching and Trauma Unlocking sessions are 60 mins.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy Sessions are 75 mins.

Each individual is different and some may require more or less sessions and this will be discussed together. However for Teen Coaching, it is advised that a minimum of 8 sessions are booked and for Trauma Unlocking sessions a minimum of 10 sessions. For Integral Eye Movement Therapy, 4 sessions would normally be required.

Teen Coaching and Trauma Unlocking:

Each session costs £60 and will need to paid prior the session.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy:

Each session costs £70 and will need to be paid prior to the sessions.

Organisations are able to chose 90 mins or 3 hour workshops for their settings.

The vast majority of the workshops are CPD accredited and certificates upon completion would be sent to the key contact. However there are some workshops, such as Relationship Red Flags which are not CPD accredited.
