Hummingbird Mindsets provides:
● Figuring Life Out — our evergreen digital course suite for young people aged 13–24, including video and audio modules, workbooks, interactive mini apps, and related digital resources, organised across the 13–15, 16–18 and 19–24 age groups
● Figuring Life Out podcast — episodes covering identity, confidence, relationships, and life transitions for young people
● Trauma Informed and Positive Psychology Training and Workshops for professionals working with children and young people
● Digital resources and self-paced products, including workbooks, conversation cards, guides, and mini apps, available through our online shop
● Occasional in-person and online sessions and commissioned work with schools and organisations, where agreed separately
Our services are educational and wellbeing-focused and do not replace clinical therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
